Relocating machinery demands extreme precision, and this project was no exception. We were tasked with lifting a 1,500 kg lathe to the first floor of a storage facility. The challenge? Limited space and low ceiling height for the lift!
Achieving the perfect position
The lathe was carefully lifted to the first floor and positioned using heavy-duty transport rollers, a new addition to our equipment range. Once in place, we made fine adjustments down to a hundredth of a millimetre using a specialised machine level.
